We've been around for over a decade and work with 1000s of Health Care Professionals every year.

  • We have an internal data privacy committee which is led by our senior management team
  • We keep fully up-to-date with data privacy and other regulatory requirements in all countries where we engage clients or

  • All new and existing employees are trained on GDPR, local data privacy protocols, and data handling best practices
  • We always work in close collaboration with our client’s global and local privacy teams – everyone has a different interpretation of the letter of the law
  • We continuously review and update all our data privacy policies, adapting and improving them as the privacy landscape continues to evolve
  • VMLY&R is signed up to, certified with and follows BHBIA and EphMRA codes of conduct. We also follow the MRS code of conduct
